Time will tell if we will be satisfied with the quality of our purchase. What I can say is that Deltona doesn't care about finishing my house on time. At our build site there are often several days to several weeks before additional progress is made. It's as if Deltona doesn't understand or doesn't care about multi-tasking or scheduling other tasks around any unforeseen delays.
